• He wants to detour us (busy, busy, busy)
• He wants to fuel discord - Pro 6:14, 19

Proverbs 6:14 Frowardness is in his heart, he deviseth mischief continually; he soweth discord.

Proverbs 6:19 A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren.

• He wants to feed discouragement - Psalms 73:2-3

Psalms 73:2 - 3 But as for me, my feet were almost gone; my steps had well nigh slipped. ³ For I was envious at the foolish, when I saw the prosperity of the wicked.
