God Grants Miracles Through

INTRO: Miracles do happen. The Bible records numerous
incidents. Our lives are also examples of them. Elijah the Tishbite. A
man that miracles worked through. Why? Because he gave his life to the
Lord, God granted many miracles to affect his and others lives around him.

Sin is displeasing to God

God will try to gain your attention concerning sin -
because God wants you!

God is in control - 1 Ki. 17:1-9

God's Word is real, true and firm 1

God's Word is to be obeyed

God's Word is to protect us - 2-9

God can use many special ways and miracles
to help us - often from smaller things to the larger

Ravens - things we may not want

Poor widows - things we may not consider

Prophets - vs. 17-23 - things we might rather bypass

God has ample evidence in front of
you - 18:15, 17-

Many blame everyone but themselves vs. 17

Elijah was willing to proclaim God's ways to those that
needed to hear. 15

Man's answers fall short of what is needed - 26-29

God's providence is sufficient - vs. 39

The wicked cannot escape (without God) - 40

God's miracle for you is an abundance
of rain (spiritual blessings - 40-46

Jesus has died for you - the drought can end - Your
life can change

He is available to you - what will you do?

You must sup with Him - Rev. 3:20
20 Behold, I stand at the door, and knock:
if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and
will sup with him, and he with me.
