What to do when you are in a tight place and Don't know what to do!
Ps. 31:1-5

INTRO: We could give the universal advise, pray. Prayer is good, but sometimes we have to do something! The key is to be willing to act for the Lord!

  1. When you get a chance to speak -Tell about the Lord! Acts 13:15,16
    1. Tell about God
    2. Expect great things - vs.43,44

  2. When they try to stone you to death - Get up and speak elsewhere! Acts14:19,20
    1. The message still needs to be told
    2. The message will still be heard

  3. When God's People need help - Go to them! Acts 16:9-10
    1. God will make a way (Lydia)
    2. People can be reached

  4. When you are beaten and bound - Worship the Lord! - Acts 16:18-35
    1. A blessing awaits
    2. Souls are hungry everywhere

  5. When those around us are lost - Share the Gospel! - Acts 17:16, 32-34
    1. The need is great
    2. Some will hear

  6. When threats do come - Look to the One who will protect you! Acts 18:9,10
    1. God has many people
    2. God cares about our endeavors

  7. When problems are sure to come - Go forward for the Lord! Acts 21:11
    1. Don’t run from them
    2. God can make it into a great work

  8. When venomous things bite you - Shake it off! Acts 28:3
    1. Poison will show up at all times
    2. God can help us have victory over things that hurt

Conc. We could go on and on, but we need to be willing to act for the Lord when the opportunity is there! SO what do we do? DON’T QUIT!!!!!!
