Because of Him We Rejoice

Luke 10:1-20

 

INTRO: As we look at Christ organizing and implementing His campaign to reach the people in His vicinity, we need to realize we ALL are part of His plan to reach our vicinity (and the world).

 

  1. Christ wants more than a select few to reach the world - vs. 1
    1. Worked together
    2. Went everywhere
    3. Paved the way for Christ

     

  2. A great harvest awaits those that go - vs. 2
    1. Not enough laborers
    2. Pray (and go) for laborers

     

  3. Go, GO, GO! - Vs. 3-16
    1. Where He sends you (your ways)
    2. Trusting Him - vs. 4
    3. With the right attitude - vs. 5
    4. Without greed - vs. 7
    5. Without being too choosy - vs. 8
    6. Help those you seek - vs. 9
    7. Proclaim the "Good News" - vs. 10 -16

     

  4. Rejoice
    1. Because of your salvation - vs. 20
    2. Because of others salvation!
