    1. Everyone that has breath
    2. The righteous – Ps. 97:12; 140:13;

  3. How should we give thanks?
    1. With voice – 1 Chr. 16:36
    2. With musical instruments - 1 Chr. 16:41-42; 25:3;
    3. Along with praise, burnt offerings, peace offerings, and ministering -

      4. 2 Chr 31:2
    4. In the example of our fathers - Neh. 12:24

  4. What else should we give thanks for?
