The Army has an ad campaign that makes the statement, " BE ALL YOU CAN BE IN THE ARMY!" Does that hold true for the LORD'S army?????

Are Christians able to do the works of Christ in our lives? Are we able to be what He wants us to be? Can we live where He wants us to live? YES!!!! First we must learn on whom to depend and let our trust fall to Him that can help us to be all we can be.
 

I. The basis for our belief... - 7-12

A. I believe in God/Christ - 7-9

1. Not just a God
2. Not just in Jehovah

B. I believe in the works of Christ! - 10-12

1. That He was who he said
2. That He did what was right

A. The Spirit is for our support. - 14,16-18.

1. He will not harm us!
2. He will comfort us in times of trials.

B. His Commandments bring control - 15, 21

1. He will help keep us out of trouble.
2. Our control will affect others around us.

A. The Master's love will manifest through works. - 21

1. We will keep His commandments if we have Him
2. Others will see His commandments through us.

B. The dependence must be on the Deliverer. -

1. Not on organizations, buildings, people, etc.
2. QUOTE JUDE 24:

Now unto Him that is able to keep us from falling, and present us faultless before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy.

If we do not accept the works of Christ, or, if we do not the works of Christ, nothing we do will amount to anything in this life. We can devote our life to helping the poor, sick, etc. It will not avail us at all. How can we look at the works of Christ and refuse to accept them as the true Son of God?????

WILL YOU DO THE WORKS OF CHRIST?????
